SHIPPING: All orders will ship for a flat rate of $6.95. However, any orders over $100 ship for free, with no code needed! I will work really hard to get all orders out the next day! Once items have shipped, you will recieve a shipping notification with tracking. House Of Adrianne Boutique, LLC is not responsible for packages lost in transit. You must file a claim with your local USPS.

RETURNS: We want you to love your purchase, but for any reason you're not satisfied please reach out to us by email with your order # & email used. Unfortunately, you will not recieve a credit if items are worn, defective and/or not in orginal condition. You have 14 days from the date in which purchased to reach out for a retun by email.

ANY REDUCED OR SALE item is FINAL SALE and connot be returned.

Any shoes returned must have zero sign of wear and must be in orginal box.
